This membership is for one full month of personalized fitness training, covering every aspect of getting you on track to successfully reaching your goals. This is the real deal, this is not a cookie cutter generic program for the masses, I’m here to develop an effective program for you that will work as long as you take it seriously and have dedication to reach your goals.

We will:

Go over your stats, experience and goals - Are you looking to Bulk (put on muscle as fast as possible)? Looking to Cut (loose fat and retain muscle)? Gain muscle and stay lean with minimal fat gain? Lose fat and tone up? Are you a hard gainer who wants to finally put on significant mass? Increase strength? Increase Stamina? Increase athletic ability? Whatever it is we can tackle it, 1 month will get you started and on your way, but keep in mind it’s likely going to take more than a month, and I’m here to continue training if you need it. We will evaluate at the end of the month and decide a course of action that’s best for you going forward.

Create a tailored routine for you - Once we have everything laid out and have a clear picture of your current standing and goals, I will get to work developing a complete workout program customized specifically for you and your schedule. You will be given specific exercises to do, instructions with video examples if needed to do those exercises correctly, number of repetitions to do, number of sets to do, rest periods, days to do what exercises on, the order to do them in, I will give you every detail. 

Create a tailored meal plan - A huge component of your success is going to be diet, this can’t be overstated. You will be expected to weigh out food and count calories with an app like myfitnesspal. You have to do this and take it seriously, no exceptions. The meal plan will be incredibly fine tuned to ensure you get the results you are after as long as you hit the numbers I give you. I will take your input, so if there are foods you like and foods you hate we can go over all of that to make it as pleasant and doable as possible. We can also go over supplementation to boost your performance and recovery if that is a route you want to take.

Tweek as needed as you progress with the program - I’m here daily for all of the consultation you need over email, text, private message, voice call and video call. However you prefer to communicate, we will make it work. From the beginning of the program as you progress I will monitor how you are doing and continue to fine tune things as needed. I need to know how you are feeling and how your body is reacting. You will be expected to keep a log book of your progress in the gym to ensure you are properly progressing. Daily reports are ideal, especially on workout days. If you want to talk 3 times a day about how you’re feeling pre workout, post workout, during your workout, etc. I am here for that.


Please be ready to get started quickly, you will need access to a well equipped gym (at least equipped sufficiently for your individual goals) and a food scale. There is a lot to go over once we get started. I look forward to working with you!
